Dear Members,
We have welcomed the New Year 2025 with a hope of happiness for everyone around us.
Happiness is incomplete without good health and to promote health we will be organizing a Mega Blood Donation Camp in association with Teral Lions Blood Bank & Maharaja Agrasen Lions Magnum Blood Bank and Free Health, Diabetic Eye check-up camp with the help of Lions Club of Siliguri (Netralaya) on the 26th of January 2025 Sunday in front of our city office from 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
A blood donation camp cannot be successful without blood donors and we are looking forward to our members donating blood to help the society as a whole. We would request you to help us to make this camp a huge success by donating at least 2 units of blood from each member firm.
This is your camp and your help is needed to make it a successful one.

Dear Members,
Wish You all a very Happy New Year 2025.
THE STAGE IS SET FOR CONWOO 2.0. Thank you so much for the overwhelming response and we would request you to invite all your business partners, colleagues and business associates for this Mega Event.
Most importantly we will hand over the stalls for fabrication from 5th Jan (Sunday). All fabrication and construction activities must be completed by 9th Jan. Our inauguration will be on 10th Jan Morning hence we should be ready by that time.
On 10th no labours or carpenters etc shall be allowed to carry out the work inside the hall.
Members are also requested to clear their full dues of CONWOO 2.0 stalls. Please Note: Stalls will be handed over only after all the dues are clear.
Once again kindly circulate the invitations as much as you can and make this a historic event.

Dear Members,
The stage is all set for the HMA TRADE FAIR CONWOO 2.0 to be held on 10-12th January' 25. We sincerely thank you for your support in stall bookings and we are going full swing with our promotional activities
There are a few points to note regarding stalls for smooth functioning during trade fair
1. Last date for stall booking is 25.12.2024
2. All payments has to be cleared by 25 Dec, upon which NOC will be provided by the Trade Fair Committee. Copy of NOC has to be produced at site upon which stalls shall be handed over.
Friends our team is working hard and also Eventage is taking all the efforts to make sure that HMA CONWOO 2.0 is a grand success.
We seek your cooperation and please follow the above guidelines for smooth functioning of the Trade Fair.
